Grilled to juicy perfection, the NY strip offers rich marbling and bold beef flavor, while the crispy roasted Brussels sprouts deliver a zesty punch with hints of citrus, garlic, and herbs. Whether you're firing up the grill for a weeknight dinner or a weekend BBQ, this dish is a flavorful crowd-pleaser. Ideal for keto, paleo, and low-carb lifestyles, it’s a mouthwatering combo that proves healthy eating can be delicious.

Ingredients

  • 6 – New York Strip Steaks
  • Big Poppa’s Double Secret 

  • Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s

  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Mushrooms
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Oil

Directions

  1. To prepare your steaks season both sides with Big Poppa’s Double Secret.  Let rest to all the salt to form a cap before placing on your smoker.  While that is going on, then start your drum so that it can reach a temperature of 275.  Please steaks in a ring around the drum and let cook for 10 minutes before rotating.  Rotate every 10 minutes until internal temperature of 125.  Then finish with sear.  While steaks are cook, the prepare brussel sprouts and mushrooms on the flat top.  Finish those off with Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s.  Make sure to oil your flat top and use a pat of butter on your vegetables.  Dinner is served.
