How It Works

Minimum Commitment: Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 2 months before cancellation is allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Notice Requirement: A 30-day notice is required for subscription cancellations. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] or through your online account.

Minimum Commitment: Subscriptions must remain active for at least 2 months before they are eligible for cancellation.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms: By signing up for a subscription, customers authorize Big Poppa Smokers to charge their selected payment method for recurring orders. Payments are processed automatically at the beginning of each subscription cycle.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, the subscription will be paused until the payment is successfully processed. Customers will be notified of any failed payments and given 7 days to update their payment method.

Pricing Changes: Big Poppa Smokers reserves the right to update product prices. Subscribers will be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance.

Refunds: Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed. For any issues with your order, please contact [email protected] for resolution.

Cancellation Timing: Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

Product Availability: In rare cases where a subscribed product is out of stock, we will notify the customer and offer substitutions or pause the subscription until the product becomes available.

Right to Terminate: Big Poppa Smokers reserves the right to terminate any subscription at our discretion, including for misuse of the service or non-compliance with the policy.
