Directions
- Use a quality balsamic glaze as the glue and flavor base for the beef and rub it all over the loin, then sprinkle some Cash Cow rub and Money rub.
- Set the oven at 275F (That’s right, the oven.) Place the beef tenderloin on a roasting pan and let it cook in the oven for 15 minutes then flip it over for another 15 min. Meanwhile, prep the grill for searing.
- When the tenderloin hits 125F internal temp, place it on the grill and sear for about a minute on each side. Keep flipping it over in an angle to get some stylish grill marks.
- Pull it from the fire at 135F internal temp.
- Allow some time for it to rest before slicing and serving with a side of greens.
