These Ultimate Pulled Pork Sliders are stacked with smoky, juicy pulled pork, tossed in Big Poppa’s Competition Stash Seasoning & Granny’s Sauce, and topped with a Chick-fil-A slaw, all on sweet Hawaiian rolls. The perfect bite for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 pork butt/shoulder (smoked overnight)

  • 2 tbsp Big Poppa’s Competition Stash Seasoning

  • ½ cup Big Poppa’s Granny’s Sauce

  • ¼ cup reserved pork juices

  • 1 cup coleslaw mix

  • 2 tbsp Chick-fil-A Sauce

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls

Directions

  1. Smoke the pork butt/shoulder overnight until it reaches an internal temp of 195-203°F and shreds easily.

  2. Shred the pork, making sure to save the juices.

  3. Pour ¼ cup of the reserved juices over the pulled pork.

  4. Sprinkle with Big Poppa’s Competition Stash Seasoning and mix well.

  5. Place the seasoned pulled pork into a foil pan.

  6. Pour in Big Poppa’s Granny’s Sauce and another hit of Competition Stash Seasoning.

  7. Mix well, cover, and set aside.

  8. In a bowl, mix coleslaw mix, Chick-fil-A Sauce, and a sprinkle of Big Poppa’s Competition Stash Seasoning.

  9. Toss well and set aside.

  10. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half.

  11. Lay down a bed of slaw on the bottom bun.

  12. Pile on a generous amount of pulled pork.

  13. Drizzle with Granny’s Sauce.

  14. Cap it off with the top bun.

  15. Take a bite and prepare for BBQ greatness!
