Aiming to impress your guests with good food? Big Poppa has got you covered with this delicious pork panini. Sourdough wheat bread, stuffed with goodness and toasted in butter on a cast iron pan. With little prep + cook time required. Go ahead and try this recipe at home, you won’t regret it!


Ingredients

  • Sourdough Cracked Wheat Bread
  • Sweet Hot Mustard
  • Mayonnaise
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Thinly sliced Pork Tenderloin
  • White Sweet Onions (diced)
  • Happy Ending BBQ Finishing Rub

Directions

  1. Preheat the griddle to 325F.
  2. Caramelize some sweet onions with a dash of oil, once deep into the sauté, add some butter and BPS Happy Ending rub.
  3. Assemble the sandwich by spreading some mayo on one slice of bread and a generous amount of sweet hot mustard.
  4. Stack the pork and cheese and prepare to toast the bread in butter.
  5. Press down the panini on the griddle using a cast iron and cook for about 3 minutes on each side with butter on the griddle.
  6. Slice up and enjoy!
