Big Poppa's Sweet Money Brown Sugar Dijon Pork Chops are a flavor sensation that marries the sweet, bold taste of Sweet Money and Sweet Money Hot with the tangy kick of Dijon mustard. These tender pork chops are perfectly seasoned and grilled to juicy perfection, delivering a balanced bite that's guaranteed to steal the show at any BBQ or dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 3 Chairman Reserve Pork Chops

  • Big Poppa’s Sweet Money Hot

  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Directions

  1. Seasoning the pork chops with Sweet Money Hot. Seasoning generously and let sweet for 15 mintues.

  2. Mix 1 tsp of Sweet Money Hot with 1 tbsp of Dijon Mustards and 1 tbsp of Brown Sugar in a bowl

  3. Cook pork chops for two minutes on the heat to get the nice grill marks.

  4. Then move away from the flame to cook until internal temperature is about 139.

  5. Goal to get to 139 internal temperature and then start basting the pork chops with your mixture. Make sure to bast both sides and make sure not to burn.

  6. Do a quick finish on the pork chops until internal temperature is 143-145 and nice glaze on the pork chops.

  7. Make sure to let pork reset before serving. Use this time and prepare a side salad or side dish.
