Big Poppa’s Rib Snacks

Get ready to tantalize your taste buds with these lip-smacking rib snacks. Whether you’re hosting a backyard barbecue or simply craving a delicious treat, these ribs are sure to impress.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat your smoker
  2. Generously season the pork short ribs with Big Poppa’s Sweet Money and Sweet Money Hot Seasonings, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
  3. Place the seasoned short ribs in the preheated smoker and smoke them until they’re 75-85% cooked through. This usually takes a few hours, depending on the temperature of your smoker.
  4. Remove the partially cooked ribs from the smoker and carefully slice them up. Place the sliced ribs in a foil pan.
  5. Cut up a stick of butter into slices and scatter them over the ribs in the foil pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over the ribs, followed by a drizzle of raw honey. Add a generous drizzle of Granny’s BBQ Sauce over the top. Finish with another sprinkle of Big Poppa’s Sweet Money Seasoning for an extra burst of flavor.
  6. Gently mix all the ingredients together in the foil pan to ensure the ribs are evenly coated with the butter, honey, sugar, BBQ sauce, and seasoning.
  7. Cover the foil pan with a foil lid and place it back in the smoker for another round of cooking. Allow the ribs to cook until they reach your desired level of tenderness and flavor infusion.
  8. Once the ribs are fully cooked and tender, remove them from the smoker. Plate them up and brush some more Granny’s BBQ Sauce over the top for an irresistible finish.
