Big Poppa’s No Sauce or Foil Ribs

If you're a BBQ enthusiast looking to elevate your rib game, Big Poppa’s No Sauce or Foil Ribs are the perfect recipe for you. Packed with flavor from Big Poppa’s signature seasonings and cooked to perfection without any sauce or foil, these ribs are guaranteed to be a hit at your next cookout.

 

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat your smoker.
  2. Remove the membrane from the ribs.
  3. Trim the excess fat and shape them nicely.
  4. Season one rack with Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeño & Jalapeño Lime Seasonings, front and back.
  5. Season the second rack with Big Poppa’s Sweet Money and Sweet Money Hot Seasonings.
  6. Season the third rack with Big Poppa’s Desert Gold Seasoning.
  7. Let the meat sweat.
  8. Place the racks on the smoker. After 30 minutes, flip them over and repeat several times, spritzing with water each time you flip.
  9. After 1:50-2 hours, remove from the smoker and slice.
  10. Enjoy!
