Big Poppa’s Honey Sriracha Lime Wings

Get ready to elevate your wing game with Big Poppa’s Honey Sriracha Lime Wings!   1. Preheat your smoker to 275°F.
  2. Lay your chicken wings on a wire rack.
  3. Season the wings generously with Big Poppa’s Competition Stash Seasoning and Big Poppa’s Sweet Money Hot Seasoning. Pat the seasonings into the wings for better adherence.
  4. Place the seasoned wings in the preheated smoker.
  5. Smoke the wings for about 1 hour. After 20 minutes, check the temperature and flip the wings for even cooking.
  6. Towards the end of the smoking time, sear or char the wings for added flavor and texture.
  7. While the wings are cooking, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix:
    • 1/4 cup of Granny’s BBQ Sauce
    • 1/4 cup of raw honey
    • 1/8 cup of sriracha
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • A dash of Big Poppa’s Competition Stash Seasoning
  8. Once the wings are fully cooked, remove them from the smoker.
  9. Toss the wings in the prepared sauce until they are well-coated.
  10. Plate the wings and enjoy!
