Ingredients

  • Pre-Seasoned/Marinated Pork Loin
  • Asparagus
  • Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning

  • Lemon
  • Sriracha
  • Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Sear the pork loin over high-medium heat just to get grill marks, then place on the top rack so it roasts slowly until the internal temperature reaches 138 degrees (once rested, the temperature should be 145 degrees).
  3. While the pork loin is roasting, prepare the asparagus. Wash and trim the asparagus, then place it in a ziplock bag with a dash of Sriracha, the juice of half a lemon, some minced garlic, a sprinkle of Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning, and a dash of olive oil. Mix everything together so that the asparagus is evenly coated, then place in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
  4. Grill the asparagus until you get char marks, then remove from the grill and sprinkle with some parmesan. Cover with foil to keep warm.
  5. Plate some mashed potatoes and sprinkle some parmesan over them.
  6. Slice the pork loin and plate it.
  7. Finally, plate the asparagus and squeeze a little bit of lemon juice over them. Top with some more parmesan.
  8. Enjoy!
