The bigger the burger, the happier the tastebuds. Go big or go home with Big Poppa’s 1/2 Pound Monster Burger recipe.

Ingredients

  • Ground beef

  • The W Sauce

  • Big Poppa’s Money Seasoning

  • Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeno Seasoning

  • Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning

  • Onions

  • Cheese (sliced)

  • Lettuce
  • Brioche buns
  • Thousand Island Ranch
  • 1 Egg
  • Butter
  • Tomatoes
  • Pickles

Directions

  1. Divide the ground beef into equal portions and shape into burger patties, slightly larger than the buns. Press a small dimple in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.

  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  3. Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness (internal temp of 160°F for well-done). Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty during the last minute of cooking to let it melt.

  4. In a pan, sauté sliced onions with a dash of worcestershire sauce and season with Big Poppa’s Money Seasoning

  5. In another pan, cook your 2 eggs and season with Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeno Seasoning
  6. Butter and toast your buns
  7. Mix thousand island ranch with Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning for the sauce
  8. Assemble the Monster Burgers:

Spread the sauce generously on both halves of the toasted brioche buns.

Layer the bottom bun with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.

Place the cheeseburger patty on top, followed by caramelized onions and crispy bacon.

Finish with the top bun and gently press down.

  9. Serve these monster burgers with your favorite sides like fries, coleslaw, or grilled veggies.
