The Chubby is one of the smallest and portable smokers that Backwoods has to offer and a customer favorite, but now Backwoods Smokers gave The Chubby a new and improved brother.
Introducing the G2 Chubby, the second generation of Chubby. The G2 Chubby kept the portability and all the amazing features of the original Chubby, but got some features of its own. The G2 is a whole 6'' deeper. Giving you more cooking space and allowing you to fit a hotel/steam pan. The G2 Chubby is heavier and even more heavy duty compared to the original Chubby. The G2 Chubby is made out of corrosion resistance steel, this steel allows for paint to stick to the surface of the smoker much better, the paint won't flake and since it's powder-coated it's rust proof. The G2 also comes standard with heavy duty stainless steel wire racks with a large cooking capacity, a new large capacity fire box for a longer smoking time, and a bigger water pan. The heat diverter even comes standard with the G2 Chubby.
These features were all requested by customers who wanted the same portability as the orginal Chubby but wanted a more effective, heavy duty smoker. The people asked, Backwoods Smokers listened. The G2 Chubby is the perfect size for BBQ competitions, backyard fun, or just some serious daily smoking. Only being a light 160 lbs, you can carry your smoker anywhere! or add casters to your smoker for easier, hassle-free portability ( Available in the select options tab ). This is the BBQ smoker many BBQ champs prefer, it's durable, portable, heavy duty and best of all it's made in the USA. You'll feel partiotic knowing you're supporting an American made product.
