Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix

  • 2 eggs

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 1/2 can pickled yellow peppers, chopped

  • 2 tbsp honey (or more to taste)

  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter
