Grilled Pineapple with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon

Grilled Pineapple with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon is a delectable treat that combines the natural sweetness of pineapple with the warm, rich flavors of brown sugar and cinnamon. Perfect for summer BBQs!

Ingredients:

  • Fresh pineapple, sliced into rings or spears
  • Brown sugar
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Coat the pineapple slices with the brown sugar mixture.
  4. Place the pineapple on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until caramelized and grill marks appear.

Peach Angel Food Cake

Peach Angel Food Cake is a light and airy dessert that's perfect for any occasion. This delightful treat combines the fluffiness of angel food cake with the juicy sweetness of fresh peaches.

Ingredients:

  • Ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • Vanilla
  • Sugar
  • Angel Food Cake
  • Whip Cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the peaches 
  3. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  4. Remove from the grill and slice
  5. Beat heavy whipping cream and sugar until stiff
  6. Cut pre-bought angel food cake into to two sections.
  7. Take bottom layer and add heavy whipping cream and top with peaches.
  8. Place second layer of angel food take and repeat the process.
