Ingredients

• 1 roll Jimmy Dean Sausage

• Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning (to taste)

• 1 tsp thyme

• 1 tsp sage

• 1 tbsp parsley

• ½ cup dried cranberries

• 2 celery stalks, chopped

• 2 carrots, chopped

• 1 onion, chopped

• ½ cup lettuce, chopped

• 4 cups dried cornbread, crumbled

• 1 green apple, chopped into chunks

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 4 tbsp butter

• 2 small cartons (about 4 cups) chicken stock

Directions

1. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sausage until caramelized. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
