This Brisket Cheesesteak Sandwich is a game-changer, combining tender, smoky brisket with caramelized onions, gooey cheese, and a toasted hoagie roll. Perfect for using up leftover brisket, this griddle-cooked masterpiece is loaded with flavor and easy to make in just minutes!
Ingredients
2 cups leftover brisket, chopped
1 large onion, sliced
1 tablespoon Big Poppa’s Cash Cow Seasoning
4 hoagie rolls
4 slices American cheese
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or provolone)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Cooking oil
Water (for spritzing)
Directions
Preheat the griddle to medium heat.
Drizzle a little oil on the griddle and spread it evenly.
