Directions

  1. Make the Dressing: Mix 1 teaspoon of Big Poppa’s Desert Gold Seasoning into 1 cup of Champagne Citrus Vinaigrette and let it chill in the fridge.

  2. Prep the Veggies: In a large bowl, combine chopped red bell peppers, diced cucumbers, and chopped parsley.

  3. Add the Avocado: Gently fold in the chopped avocado for a creamy bite.

  4. Season & Toss: Sprinkle with a little extra Big Poppa’s Desert Gold Seasoning, drizzle in some of the Champagne Citrus Vinaigrette, and mix everything well.

  7. Final Touch: Drizzle the entire salad with balsamic vinegar for a sweet, tangy finish.

  8. Serve & Enjoy: Slice into that burrata, mix it all together, and enjoy the creamy, tangy, and herb-packed goodness.
