Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat your smoker to 275°F.
  2. Rub Momofuku’s Chili Crunch evenly over the tri-tip.
  3. Generously season the tri-tip with Big Poppa’s Money Rub.
  4. Let the seasoned meat rest for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  5. Place the tri-tip in the smoker and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Flip the tri-tip and continue smoking for another 15 minutes.
  7. While the tri-tip is smoking, prepare the grilled corn. Spray the corn with olive oil and season with Big Poppa’s Little Louie’s Seasoning.
  8. Place the seasoned corn in the smoker for about 10 minutes.
  9. Once the tri-tip reaches an internal temperature of 130°F, sear it on high heat to create a crispy crust.
  10. Remove the tri-tip and corn from the smoker. Slice the tri-tip against the grain and serve alongside the corn.

Enjoy this delicious meal that brings together the bold flavors of Momofuku Chili Crunch and Big Poppa’s signature seasonings!
