Big Poppa’s Keto Carne Asada Tacos

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

Season the meat generously with Big Poppa’s Cash Cow and Jallelujah Lime Seasonings. Allow the meat to sweat out its flavors.

In a ziplock bag, combine chopped cilantro, a hearty drizzle of olive oil, 1/4 tsp of cumin, a pinch of oregano, the juice of 3 limes, a dash of Big Poppa’s Cash Cow and Jallelujah Lime Seasonings, and a splash of citrus vinegar. Place the seasoned meat in the bag, ensuring it's well coated with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (for maximum flavor).

Season and grill the green onions until they're nicely charred and fragrant.

Grill the marinated meat to your preferred level of doneness.
