How do I use my Points?

To earn Poppa's points, you first need to have an account on our store. Please sign up for an account. How much are my points worth?

Product FAQs 

Do you have a retail store?

No we are an online based business, so we do not have a physical store front. All of the grills & smokers we sell would drop ship directly from the manufacturer to the customer. The rubs, sauces, fuel, accessories ship from OKC.

Shipping FAQs

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Oklahoma City, OK. Shipping from our warehouse to any location in the continental United States can take up to 7 business days via UPS/FedEx/USPS.

 

What shipping carrier do you use?

UPS, USPS, FedEx

 

Are you open on weekends?

Our warehouse and office are closed Saturdays and Sundays, no shipments or orders will be processed during that time.

 

Where can I find the shipping cost for grills?

Once you are in the product detail page for a smoker you will see tabs, click on the "Shipping"  tab. The page will show you the Lift Gate & Stadard Delivery. Remember each smoker has a different shipping cost, prices vary by weight and manufacturer location. 

 

What is the lead times for smokers?

Eeach brand has a different lead time, you can find the lead time for each smoker in the product detail page. Click on the "Shipping" tab OR click "ADD TO CART" you'll see the lead time and accessories. 

 

How to track an order that's been shipped?

Tracking will be provided after the order has shipped and will be e-mailed to the email address you enter in at checkout. If you have not received your tracking, please email [email protected] with your name and order number and we can help you.

 

What is the cutt off time to place an order?

International QAs

Do you ship to Canada?

We actually have a Canadian dealer that carries all of our rubs and kits. They handle our Canadian orders, please email us at [email protected] for their information. 


Do you ship to Aussie?

We actually have a dealer in Aussie who carries our product. Email us at [email protected] for more information 


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, if a dealer isn't available please email us to initiate a quote. We ask for FULL shipping address, phone number, list of items, and qtys, the subtotal must be $150 USD. 

 

How much must does a customer have to spend to ship internationally?

$150 USD worth of product, however we don't ship smokers. 

 

MAK QAs

How many pellets can I fit in the MAK pellet hopper?

You can fit 20lbs of pellets in the MAK pellet hopper.


What is the difference between the MAK 1 Star and MAK 2 Star?

(1)The appearance; the MAK 1 is fully powder coated black, the MAK 2 is partially SS and partially powder coated black

(2) The MAK 2 comes standard with the smoke box, this is not an option for the 1 star

(3) The MAK 2 comes with an enclosed bottom, allowing customers to add the cabinet door for $200 as an upgrade to convert the enclosed bottom into a cabinet for extra storage.


Why should I buy from you vs directly from MAK?

We offer a rewards program, you can earn up to a $40 discount on your grill purchase and apply it towards your next MAK accessory purchase. We also offer the grill in a special (free rubs, sauce, mat). Lastly, we offer free lift gate delivery, anywhere in the US continent.
