Quick Answers
Most rub, sauce, and accessory orders ship within 1–3 business days. Orders over $79 qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. Once your order ships, tracking will be emailed to you. Carrier scans may take time to update, especially during holidays, weather delays, or high-volume periods.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damaged package, photos of the damaged product, and a description of the affected item(s). Please keep all packaging and damaged items until the claim has been reviewed.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact our customer service team with your order number and details. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method, and replacements are shipped using standard ground delivery.
