Tired of putting barbecue sauce on everything? Go ahead and try this recipe at home, you won’t regret it! This tender and juicy pork tenderloin was rubbed down with our award-winning Sweet Money rub; and served on top of a bed of white rice, scallions, and a splattering of honey sriracha glaze.

Ingredients

  • Chairman’s Reserve Prime Pork Tenderloin
  • Pure strained honey
  • Sweet Money Rub

  • Sriracha chili sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 275F
  2. Trim pork tenderloin as needed
  3. Season tenderloin with Sweet Money rub. Allow rub to “melt” into meat for 15 min.
  4. While pork is on smoker, make the glaze: 50% honey, 50% Sriracha in a small saucepan, heat on med-low and whisk together. Adjust the ratio based on your preferences (more heat or more sweet). Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. After the first 15 min, flip and smoke pork for another 15 min or until internal temp. reads 140F
  6. Once internal temp is 140F, baste all sides of the loin with the glaze and set on the smoker for 2 more minutes
  7. Pull pork from smoker, rest for 5 min.
  8. Plate, slice, and serve
