Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed, thigh meat used
1 pre-made mashed potatoes, doctored with cream and butter
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package of shredded carrots, handful
1 can of peas
1 gravy, pre-made or homemade
1 tsp Big Poppa’s Desert Gold
1 tsp Big Poppa’s Little Louie's
2 pre-made biscuits
Directions
Pull the skin off the rotisserie chicken and shred the thigh meat.
Mix the shredded chicken with Desert Gold, Little Louie's, and other seasonings.
Prepare the mashed potatoes with cream, butter, and Little Louie's.
Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the biscuits.
Layer mashed potatoes on the bottom biscuit, followed by the chicken mixture, and top with another biscuit.
