Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Smoker: Set your smoker to 250°F.
  2. Prepare the Short Ribs: Trim any excess fat from the short ribs.
  3. Season the Ribs: Rub the short ribs with Harissa Moroccan Hot Sauce, ensuring an even coating. Sprinkle generously with Big Poppa’s Money Seasoning and let the ribs sit for about 10 minutes to sweat.
  4. Smoke the Ribs: Place the seasoned short ribs in the smoker. Smoke for 45 minutes, then spritz with water, apple juice, or stock. Continue to smoke for another 45 minutes, spritzing again halfway through.
  5. Prepare the Rice Pilaf: Follow the instructions on the rice pilaf box. Enhance the pilaf by adding cumin, golden raisins, and almonds. Stir well and cover until done.
  6. Finish and Serve: Remove the ribs from the smoker. Plate with the rice pilaf and garnish with fresh micro greens. Enjoy your flavorful and aromatic dish!
