This is probably the most versatile rub I have used in the Big Poppa line. We regularly use it for veggies, seafood, ribs, wings and fish. The hint of citrus really sets off the dishes we have used it on/in, get ya some and try it, you won’t regret it!

I used this in a brine. Into 2 gallons of water you add 3/4-cup salt, 1-cup brown sugar, about 1/2-cup Desert Gold and some rosemary and other spices. Also use Desert Gold as a rub on the bird as well, the flavor is AMAZING. Unlike other rubs it doesn't rely on salt, this is the best stuff. I also a... read full review

This is one of the most versatile rubs we have found. Good on ribs to veggies, soups ,salads etc. Buy the big bottle!
