The MAK 3 Star General has the power of reaching amazing temperatures of 650F for grilling and can drop down to low smoking temperatures of 170F - 190F. With controlled temperatures like these, the MAK 3 Star is guaranteed to consistently deliver irresistible BBQ. You'll be satisfied with the MAK 3 Star General’s 660 sq. inch or 2,750 sq. inch (with the upper grates upgrade) of cooking surface. Installation: Due to the large size, the roll cart and grill will ship separately. The installation should only take about 10-15 minutes, it entails sitting the grill ontop of the cart, and adding a half a dozen screws or so. The grill IS quite heavy, so we recommend 2-4 people to help lift it onto the cart. Having one person at each corner would be the easiest/safest.

MAK Grills Mobile Wifi
MAK Mobile Wifi allows you to operate your grill using any device with a web browser. Change and set grill temperatures, set meat probe alerts, graph cooks for future reference, receive text or email notification alerts anywhere, anytime. MAK owners can now change cooking temperatures, set up cooking programs, log cooking times and food temperatures, and even turn off the grill. Dual Firepots
The MAK 3 Star General includes 2 removable firepots that can be individually controlled with the MAK Pellet Boss (see below for more info) to allow you to smoke and grill at the same time. The removable feature makes these firepots easy to clean - giving you extra time to keep on smokin' and grilling.
Front Loading Pellet Hopper
The MAK 3 Star General’s Pellet Hopper can hold an outstanding 30 lbs. - no need to worry about refilling pellets during a long cook. The Pellet Hopper dump chutes also allow you to easily change your pellets or service your grill with an easy to access dump door.
Internal Ash/Grease Clean-Out Removal System
Everyone wants a grill that is easy to clean; so you’ll be happy about the MAK 3 Star General’s clean-out system. It allows you to pull open the bottom panel rather than having to remove the firepot to dump it out. The ash/grease removal system makes ash clean up easier than ever, the system allows you to brush out the inside of your unit into a bucket below.
