How Do I Earn Poppa's Points/Loyalty Points?
To earn Poppa's Points, you first need to have a registered account in our store. Please sign up for a free account. Once you have an account, you can earn reward points by placing orders and completing any of the actions in our "ways to earn points" section listed above. Points can be earned on any orders shipped/delivered within the United States.
How Do I Spend Points?
You can spend points on any order you place through our store. At the cart and the checkout, please adjust the slider to spend your points on that order. Please make sure you are logged in first! If you are not logged in, you won't be able to earn, spend, or access your points. Points can be spent on any orders shipped/delivered within the United States.
How Are Review Points Rewarded?
We reward you with points for placing reviews on any of our products in our store. Once you are logged into your account, you can review products and submit for review/approval. Once we check and approve your review, you will be rewarded with points. You can earn points at a rate of 5 reviews per week.
Do Poppa's Points Expire?
Poppa's Points expire within 365 days of earning the points. Be sure to spend them before they're gone!
How Does the Birthday Reward Work?
We will reward you bonus points every year on your birthday - make sure you fill out your birthday info when signing up for an account.
Why Haven't My Points Shown Up in My Account?
Points you receive on orders are considered "pending" until your order is shipped. You cannot use points you earned on an unshipped order towards that same order. If your order has shipped and you're still missing points, email us at [email protected]
