Honestly my favorite and our families favorite all around Big Poppa Seasoning. Excellent on chicken breast’s and wings. Great on fish on fish. Lastly fabulous on veggies. My kids request it on the veggies at every meal. They even sprinkle it on their Mac n Cheese.

I brine for 24-48 hrs. a spatchcock chicken in a 4-quart container with 1/4 cup of Kosher salt and 2/3 cup of brown sugar. After brine, pat dry and rub a 1/4 tsp. underneath the skin on the quarters and breasts then I season the entire bird. Grill or smoke and you'll have the juiciest most flavorful tasting chicken ever!
