The Weekender Cabinet smoker is the smallest full depth smoker that Humphrey's has to offer. This compact unit is the perfect size for tailgating. Weighing in under 200# it is very portable. This unit holds full size hotel pans so cooking a full packer brisket or full length ribs will be no problem.

It comes standard with Humphrey's full baffled Reverse Flow design. This design eliminated hot spots (front to back, top to bottom and side to side).

These come equipped with a drop in stainless steel water/drip pan and 2 stainless steel cooking racks with Slide Drop/Stay in Place.

Caster Bolt Clips to easily install casters or Humphrey's Leg extensions.

These units are only available with textured black bodies and stainless steel doors as picture shows.
