Special Deliveries and Delivery outside the Continental U.S.

For deliveries outside of the continental U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying islands, we need to estimate your shipping cost.

Shipping Policy

Our warehouse and office are closed Saturdays and Sundays, no shipments or orders will be processed during that time. Orders will be processed on a first come, first serve basis on the following business day after the weekend (normally Monday, sometimes Tuesday if there is a holiday).

Our warehouse and office hours are: Mon-Fri 7:30AM to 5:00PM PST

We are constantly working to ship orders as fast as possbile during business hours and appreciate your patience. 

WHEN do you ship?

Please note: Rub, Sauce, and Accessory orders placed before 11AM CST Mon-Friday will be processed (and most likely shipped) same day. If you need your order expedited, please call us at 877-828-0727. Expedited Orders will have additional shipping fees applied to the final order invoice. 

Rubs, Sauces, Pellets, and BBQ Accessories from the BPS warehouse ship within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Please call for lead times on all Grills, Smokers, and BBQ Accessories that are not located at the BPS Warehouse: Lead shipping times vary depending on season, availability, location, and manufacturer.

If you need your order expedited, please call 877-828-0727 during normal business hours for an expedited shipping quote. Please note: expedited shipping can be very costly, Big Poppa Smokers suggests that you place your order one week before it is needed to avoid paying additional shipping fees. 

Our main warehouse is located in Oklahoma City, OK. Please note: shipping from our warehouse to any location in the continental United States can take up to 4-5 business days via UPS/FedEx.

WHERE do you ship to?
The continental United States of America, Canada, and internationally.  Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, international, and APO addresses need to have a shipping quote and additional shipping charges applied to their order. Please email us at customerservice@bigpoppasmokers.com to receive a quote. 

Please note: International orders (Canada included) require a $150 minimum purchase to receive a freight quote. 

We do not ship grills or smokers outside of the United States of America. Alaska and Hawaii Grill orders will have additional freight charges added to their final invoice. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes. You must provide a UPS or FEDEX deliverable address for shipment. 

HOW do you ship?
Pellets and Accessories will ship via UPS (primary), or FedEx. Please note: Transit times vary from 4 to 7 days based on your location and may be delayed due to holidays, or inclement weather. Big Poppa Smokers assumes no responsibility for delayed orders that are out of their control. 

Grills and Smokers will ship via UPS Freight (primary), and FedEx National. 

When ordering your Grill or Smoker you have a choice of Standard Freight or White Glove Delivery.
If you choose White Glove Delivery they will call to make an appointment that will include lift gate delivery to ensure a smooth and easy process. Transit times vary from 4 to 7 days based on your location.

White Glove Delivery includes: A call from the freight carrier to set up an appointment for delivery, lift gate service, and provided that the way is clear to the area where you would like your grill placed; the carrier will place your packaged grill in that area.

White Glove Delivery does not include: Unpacking the grill or assembly. It also does not include transit on the pallet jack over dirt, rocks, grass or up stairs of any kind.

Please note: If UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any other carrier does not deliver to your location//address in the continental US, there will be additional costs involved to deliver your order to you. Big Poppa Smokers will not be held responsible for any of these additional costs. 

RATES to ship?

Grills and Smokers will display the shipping rate at the time you checkout depending on the feight service you choose. Some Grills require a freight quote please call.
For Accessories, Rubs, Sauces, Pellets and Apparel shipping is 9.95 for orders under 39.99 and free on orders of 40.00 or more when shipped within the continental US.
Please call for Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Candada, and International orders.

Strube Ranch Products:

 Strube Ranch Wagyu Beef require a special shipping quote which you must approve before your order is processed.  Next Day or 2-day delivery is the only option. All Strube Ranch products are shipped directly from their ranch in Pittsburgh, TX. Please email customerservice@bigpoppasmokers.com or call us at 877-828-0727 for a quote.
