I use this on my pulled pork recipes and everyone goes wild for it. I smoke with a bit of cherry wood with some alder. I also love it on ribs. There right when they say on its way to being top of the competition I used it on b,backs St. Louis ribs, and blew everybody's mind when I put it on 1 1/2 inch thick long bone pork chops cook to 140 degrees let set for 5 min. Covered in foil. Then served on a sliced grilled pineapple with cinnam... read full review
