Desired Internal Temperature: 350
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
Pallets Used: Pellets
Directions:
Split Lobster Tails bellyside Lightly salted and peppered Place on Smoker at 350 degrees 10 minutes into smoking, bathe the tails in fresh lemon butter Remove the cooked lobster flesh from its shell Slice and finish with an extra dollop of lemon butter Enjoy! [repeat]
