I have a family reunion this saturday. I am doing 3 butts from 3 different smokers. My MAK, Bradley and UDS. Pellets in my MAK, hickory pucks in my Bradley and charcoal/hickory chips in my UDS. Made up a couple foils of pork-N-beans. Brined my last rattler and cut it up into the beans. Family loved it.
