Directions:
Got my home built UDS going today with 2 racks of pork ribs. I just rubbed salt & pepper on the ribs yesterday and in the fridge. Going with a rib mop every hour. 1/2 cup water or beer 1/2 cup vinegar 3 tablespoons yellow mustard 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon cayenne Preparation: Mix all ingredients together and store in the refrigerator. This mop will stay good for about three months refrigerated. Make ahead to allow the flavors to blend.
