Cooking Time: 7 hours
Pallets Used: Pellets
Directions:
Sauce style ribs. Low and slow. Rub down and smoke for 2 hours then flip and sauce about every 1/2 - 45 minutes for the duration of the cook. No foiling until the leftovers are ready for the fridge.
