Desired Internal Temperature:

Tried a new pizza dough tonight and loved it! The pizza was way mo better than my first attempt last week. I bought a pizza stone and a pizza peel this week and used them both. I prefer using the stone over a pan when you use fresh dough. Beware though, use PLENTY of corn meal not only on the pizza peel but on the stone as well or you may just have a calzone instead of a pizza.
