Lookie Lou Pulled Pork

Cooking Grill: Memphis Advantage
Pit Temperature: 225
Desired Internal Temperature: 193
Cooking Time: 18 hours
Pallets Used: Pellets
Injected Pork Butt(2 of them) with Apple Juice, Worschester(sp?), Garlic Salt, Onion Powder then rubbed with Big Bob Gibson Rub and then hit it with Glue(Pam Olive Oil spray) - Set Memphis at 225 and let it cook for 16.5 hours until internal was 185 - then wrapped in foil until 193 - Pulled off Memphis and put in ice chest with Beach towels for 4 hours - Did pulled pork tacos with Pepper Plant BBQ sauce, Cilantro and chopped Onion. Note that Pork stalled at 165 I call it lookie lou because I kept wanting to look at it - Got caught a couple of times
