Reverse Sear Pork Tenderloin

Cooking Grill: Memphis Advantage
Pit Temperature: 275 and 475
Desired Internal Temperature: 153
Cooking Time: 1.5 hours
Pallets Used: Pellets
Injected Tenderloin with Teriyaki and Italian Dressing. Cooked on Memphis @ 275 until Internal hit 130- then wrapped tenderloin in foil and set Memphis to 475 - WOW this Grill gets to Temperature very quick - Put pork back on(temp was 135) and then brushed Sweet Baby Ray`s BBQ sauce let internal get to 145 and flipped and repeated BBQ sauce. Pulled at 155 - Let pork sit for 10 minutes(ok it was only 6 minutes, but felt like 10. Internal was at 165 when sliced
