Smoked Pineapple Salsa

Cooking Time: 15 minutes per side
Pallets Used: Lump
-Halve a peeled ripe pineapple and smoke both sides for about 15 minutes, pull and dice into 1/4" cubes -Mince 1-4 jalepenos (as many as you want) -Mince 2 fist sized red onions -Mix everything together -Salt to taste
