Desired Internal Temperature:
Cooked some russet potatoes in the microwave.
Cut in half and scooped out the middle.
Fill with shredded cheese, bacon.
Sprinkle with salt, garlic pepper, and parmesan cheese.
Cooked @ 375 til the skins start to get a little crispy.
Serve with toppings and dipping sauces like sour cream, ranch dressing, creamy italian dressing, chopped jalepenos, etc.
