Desired Internal Temperature:
about 45 min
Just plain old BBQ Chicken - wings, thighs, and legs.
Smeared w/ mayo and sprinkled w/ Plowboy`s Yardbird rub.
Cooked on the Memphis Pro @ about 375* til done.
Basted w/ Big Bob Gibson`s Red Sauce, and left about 10 more minutes to glaze the sauce a little.
