Back in April myself and a good friend Bruce Bjorkman did a west coast/east coast marshmallow peep/chocolate cold smoke on our MAK Grills. It was a hoot. I was on his radio show and we had some good laughs. I have a posted the video on youtube. I added a small bowl of ice to keep the temp down, worked pretty good. The temps swung between 65 and 72* The peeps got kinda hard but good and the chocolate was great.
