Reverse Sear Burgers

Directions:
Just some burgers... I seasoned and wrapped the burgers with bacon, then smoked them on my drum with a bit of mesquite for 45 minutes. Then seared on the gas grill. Toasted my buns and smooshed them down flat. ( no jokes... lol) Then topped my burger with cheese, spicy brown mustard, tomatoes, onions and lettuce from the garden...and dill pickles. I like the addition of smoke in burgers and the reverse sear works well! Thanks for looking. :)
