Got another small briskit going today for a beach vacation on sat. Again i used Tasty Licks. On my MAK started at smoke for 3 hours then bumped to 225* Ok i did the FTC at 2145 last night and this morning it was so hot i had to use my oven gloves to pick it up outta the cooler. Sliced and ready for beach eatin.
