Directions:
Doing this 8 pound butt in my Bradley 6 rack digital smoker. I injected it with CT, Carolina Treet and rubbed with my home made seasoning and then applied CT all over the butt. Placed it in the fridge overnight. This morning I started the butt and used pecan for the smoke. As of this posting the IT of the butt is 144*
