Desired Internal Temperature:
Smoked BBQ Bacon Cheeseburgers, with grilled Heirloom tomatoes in olive oil, grilled onions, crispy pig candy bacon chopped, avacado, lettuce, country potato buns.
These were outstanding, I seasoned these first with 3 Eyez, then smoked on a MAK 2 star at 420 for about 8-10 minutes. Did the bacon on the grill grates with 3 Eyez and Brown Sugar combo.
The heirlooms were cut index finger thick and grilled in olive oil, as were the onions!
