Punk Rocl Potatoes

Cooking Grill: BPS Drum
Pit Temperature: 250
Desired Internal Temperature:
Cooking Time: hour and a half
Pallets Used: Lump
Sliced three potatoes. Seasoned with fresh garlic and onions. Used pepped ,garlic powder, whiskey pepper, paprika, seasoning salt and a dash of red pepper flakes. Wrapped the tatters in foil with butter and just let them cook. Pretty sure I just showed my man how to make smoked taters!
