Beer Can Chicken

Cooking Grill: Mak 2 Star General
Pit Temperature: 325
Desired Internal Temperature: 168
Cooking Time: 1.5 hrs
Pallets Used: Pellets
Directions:
I stuffed chunks of butter, fresh rosemary and thyme, and lemon slices under the skin. Then rubbed the bird with olive oil, garlic salt, black pepper, paprika. Drank half a PBR and put the bird on the beer filled with goodies. This was the most moist chicken I`ve ever had! Gonna Spatchcock it Big Poppa style next time!
