Mak Smoked and Browned Potatos

Cooking Grill: MAK
Pit Temperature: 400
Desired Internal Temperature: till done
Cooking Time: 1 Hour 10 minutes
Pallets Used: Briquettes
I love these.... Preheat the MAK to 400 Wash and cut potatoes and cut to bite size chunks Melt 3/4 cube of butter in oven proof pan (in the smoker) Pull buttered pan and put potatoes in and sprinkle with your favorite rub or spices. I did 3 eyes rub and lawrys seasoning salt NIx well and [put back in smoker. Thirty minutes into the cook stir the potatos... Pull when golden brown....about 1 hour 10 minutes
