Desired Internal Temperature:
Cooking Time: 55-60minutes
Pallets Used: Gas
I used a generic sauce (newmans)but with a kick! emtpy your marindateinto a bowl add 1 small glass of Scotch whiskey (single Malt!) Score the ribs Rub your marinade onto the ribs drizzle in extra virgin olive oil wrap in foil Tasty with a proper whiskey hint!
